Register in advance

Those who enter and return from Yantai City must report by phone to the town street of their residence (destination) three days in advance, and register by scanning the QR code of the "platform for self-declaration of returning smokers" through mobile phone WeChat. They must hold a valid negative certificate of Covid-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours upon arrival, and actively cooperate with the prevention and control departments to implement measures such as isolation control and nucleic acid detection after arrival. Among them, people in high-risk areas must also hold the approval certificate of the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters.

Comply with prevention and control regulations

1. Close contacts, sub-close contacts, people who overlap with the space-time trajectory of the activities of positive infected people, people who have been to or passed through medium and high-risk areas, and people who have lived in the counties (cities, districts and banners) where the medium and high-risk areas are located, please actively cooperate with the prevention and control departments to implement measures such as nucleic acid detection and health management. For other epidemic risk areas that have not yet announced the medium and high risk areas but have more newly infected people in the near future and have the risk of community transmission, refer to the counties (cities, districts and banners) where the medium and high risk areas are located; Municipalities directly under the central government shall take the streets (towns) where the middle and high risk areas are located as units to be included in the scope of investigation and management.

Except Huangdao District, Qingdao, returning from counties (cities, districts) without case reports outside Yantai City, Shandong Province, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours upon arrival. Holders are free to pass; Those who don’t have it must have a nucleic acid test immediately after arriving in Lai, and they can pass freely after sampling.

4. During their stay in Lai, returnees should take part in nucleic acid testing in time every week according to the requirements of testing frequency and testing time limit of various other groups.

Management of staff in high-risk positions

1. All staff engaged in high-risk positions outside Yantai (staff in key positions such as fever clinics, sentinel clinics, specimen sampling and laboratory testing in designated hospitals and general medical and health institutions, service support staff in port areas such as airports and ports who have direct contact with entry personnel or goods and other articles, garbage, etc.) should try not to return to work, and those who really need to return to work must meet the requirements of being away from work for more than 14 days and holding for 40 days. Before returning to Lai, you must report to the destination town street 3 days in advance, and do not go out or gather unnecessarily after arrival, and complete the nucleic acid detection requirements after arrival in Lai according to regulations. For those who have been out of work for less than 14 days, centralized isolation will be implemented for 14 days.

2. Staff engaged in high-risk positions in our city should try to avoid leaving Yantai. Those who really need to leave their jobs for more than 14 days must hold negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and report to their units, towns and destinations in advance.

Implement nucleic acid detection

Nucleic acid detection is an effective means to find infected people, especially asymptomatic infected people. All citizens should participate in nucleic acid testing in time every week according to the testing frequency and testing time limit requirements of various other groups.

1. Staff of medical institutions, hospitalized patients and their caregivers, staff in isolated places, outsourcing service personnel of schools and nursery institutions, and personnel in high-risk positions such as direct contact with entry personnel (articles) and imported cold-chain food and non-cold-chain materials shall be inspected once a day.

2. Other personnel of the unit where the personnel in high-risk positions work shall be inspected 3 times in 7 days (every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday).

Reasonable arrangement of travel

Insist on staying away from Lai as much as possible, not smoking unless necessary, resolutely not reaching key epidemic areas, and strictly limit the scope of going to counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located. If you really need to go out from Lai, please report to your unit, town and street in advance and take personal protection on the way. Before going out to return to Lai, you should report and register in advance in strict accordance with the regulations.

Strengthen health management

Pay attention to the health of yourself and your family. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, conjunctivitis, poor sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, myalgia and diarrhea, don’t buy medication by yourself. Go to the nearest fever clinic for investigation and treatment immediately. Do personal protection during the whole process. Don’t take public transportation. Tell the doctor the information of personal travel history and contact history truthfully when you see a doctor.

Do a good job of personal protection

Improve the awareness of self-protection, wear masks correctly when going out, especially when entering medical and health institutions, shopping malls, supermarkets, agricultural markets and other crowded places, taking public transport, using elevators and other public facilities, pay more attention to wearing masks correctly throughout the whole process, washing hands, keeping a safe social distance, taking temperature frequently, regularly ventilating and disinfecting, and eating with chopsticks, so as to develop good healthy living habits.
