According to the order of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission, the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Yellow River began to discharge at 1 pm yesterday at a flow rate of 2,500 cubic meters per second. Affected by this, the instantaneous peak flow of the Lanzhou section of the Yellow River reached 3080 cubic meters per second at 6: 24 pm yesterday.
