Because the enterprise has just settled in Xiamen, and the procedures and materials are still incomplete, Xiamen Power Supply Company has implemented the pilot power supply, putting the process ahead and shortening the time. On November 20th, last year, four temporary power transformers of the project were successfully delivered, setting a record of only 15 days from the application for power consumption to the construction of power consumption.

Formal electricity consumption is a lasting and stable energy guarantee for the project to put into production and reach production. Because the construction process of the 220 kV special substation project of this project can’t meet the urgent requirements of its production line, Xiamen Power Supply Company customized the temporary transition power supply scheme of 10 kV power supply, which was officially electrified on October 30, providing a strong guarantee for the project to be put into production at the end of the sprint.

This year, the relevant departments of Xiamen Municipal Government continued to strengthen the policy of benefiting enterprises, and made it clear that the external projects of power customers with a full capacity of 10 kV and above in the whole city will be funded by the government, realizing "zero investment" in the construction of external power facilities for customers, which is expected to save enterprises 360 million yuan a year.

Xiamen Power Supply Company also initiated the "whole electricity leasing" in the whole province, saving users 40% time and 30% expenses on average. Xiamen Xiang ‘an Airport has a tight construction period and many locations, and the operation and maintenance of more than 20 construction box transformers and the disposal of assets after completion have become a problem. Gao Chenjie, the person in charge of the project, said, "The whole electricity leasing service covers the whole process from power supply scheme handling to completion acceptance and power transmission. At present, the acceptance and power transmission of nine construction box transformers have been completed, saving money, time and effort."

As an innovative practice to serve peak carbon dioxide emissions’s goal of carbon neutrality, in November, Xiamen issued the Notice on Matters Related to Xiamen Power System Enterprises’ Application for Technology Innovation Fund, which included the R&D investment of low-carbon energy transformation projects and new power system construction enterprises in Xiamen into the support scope of Xiamen Technology Innovation Fund.

Xiamen Power Supply Company tried first, established the first domestic electric carbon ecological map, opened up the "electricity-carbon-energy" data chain, and made an accurate portrait of the carbon emissions and energy-saving efficiency of the whole society’s electricity customers. Xiamen Taiping Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has tasted the sweetness from the electric carbon ecological map and has been successfully selected as a "national green factory". Xiamen Power Supply Company made use of electric carbon ecological map to tailor its energy consumption improvement plan. According to the plan, the enterprise started to implement the 3.91 MW photovoltaic project, which is expected to generate 4.69 million kWh of electricity annually, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 4,678 tons annually, reducing the production and operation costs of enterprises and improving the export competitiveness of products.

In order to promote the reform of "running at most once" to extend to the field of public services, in March this year, the first batch of "water and electricity network" joint window in Xiamen was officially put into operation. At present, there are 32 water and electricity network business outlets and 7 urban administrative service centers in Xiamen, which have realized "one form application, one window comprehensive management", and "I Xiamen" and "online national network" have also realized "one network management". At the same time, the "online state grid" power service will be integrated into the "e-government" terminal in Xiamen, and citizens can handle power service through more than 400 "e-government" self-service terminals in the city.
