Profile photo: On the afternoon of May 24, 2006, the Shanghai traffic police towed the accident vehicle away from the scene of the accident.

Yesterday (17th), after the article "Judicial Appraisal Says Shanghai Audi Car Crashes Nine People in a Row Due to Driver’s Illusion" went online, some netizens questioned the judicial appraisal that "the driver was in a’ delusional outburst’ at the time of the crime". To this end, the reporter once again investigated this incident.

At 5: 30 pm yesterday, Min Yinlong, director of the Judicial Appraisal Center of East China University of Political Science and Law, was interviewed by a reporter in the office of the center, and showed the reporter the appraisal certificate of Huazheng Forensic Medicine [2006] No.086 with more than 5,000 words made on June 10.

"In the afternoon, we received a lot of phone calls from readers, and some of them hung up without waiting for us to speak." Min Yinlong said, "There must be something fishy in it", "What background does this guy have" and "Aren’t you afraid of smashing your own brand in this appraisal?" He was puzzled by the speculation and accusations that came upon him.

     About judicial expertise

    Not disturbed by other factors

"The appraisal of this case was entrusted by Huangpu Public Security Bureau to evaluate Li Wei’s mental state appraisal and criminal responsibility ability. We have never received so-called’ special instructions’ and’ greetings’, nor have we been under any pressure, and the identity background of the appraiser is nothing special." Min Yinlong said. The reporter saw that the appraisal book showed that Li Wei, a 33-year-old appraiser, was from Harbin, with a junior high school education, and an employee of a real estate company in Shanghai.

Min Yinlong told reporters that the judicial appraisal of mental illness includes five major parts: the entrusted institution States the general situation of the incident; Family members, etc. provide a summary of the medical history of the appraiser; Inspection: the appraiser communicates with the appraiser, judges his reaction ability according to the response, investigates the relatives, friends, neighbors and colleagues of the appraiser, and understands his interpersonal relationship, life and work, etc. Explain the test results according to the comprehensive analysis of objective indicators; Finally, the appraisal conclusion is made.

"If you have any objection to our appraisal conclusion, you can apply to the Municipal Judicial Appraisal Expert Committee for review." Min Yinlong said that in this case, the Legislative Affairs Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau also made a special trip to the center to learn about the situation from two forensic experts.

"Such a major case is not a joke." Yesterday afternoon, Qian Yulin, the chief physician of the case appraiser who was on a business trip in Anhui, repeatedly said in an interview with reporters on the phone, "There is no interference from other factors in the appraisal process, and we have never brought any affair."

Qian Yulin said that the general judicial expertise has two or three pages and about 1,000 words, while the expertise in this case has six pages and more than 5,000 words, and the final appraisal conclusion has also been recognized by the entrusting organ Huangpu Public Security Bureau.

About the identity of the driver

    Really a full-time driver

Yesterday, after many investigations, the reporter found that Li Wei is 33 years old, from Harbin, with a junior high school education. By 2005, he had been working in Harbin without military service. After coming to Shanghai this year, I have been working in Shanghai Xintianyuan Real Estate Company as a boss’s full-time driver.

According to the ID card provided by Li Wei, his home address in Harbin is No.6, North Qidao Street, Anyang, Daoli District, Harbin. The reporter contacted the Kang ‘an Police Station of Harbin Public Security Bureau again, and the other party said that the address had been relocated as early as 2003. At present, a commercial house named "Haifu Kangcheng" has been built here. The original residents are in the process of moving back, but Li Wei’s family cannot be directly contacted.

Identification basis: the driver of the accident was delusional and was chased and called 110.

Qian Yulin, the chief physician of the appraiser in the case of "Audi car hitting 9 people in a row", said that Li Wei’s appraisal was jointly completed by him and Qin Shiyong, the deputy chief physician. Qian Yulin, 66, has more than 20 years of practical experience in psychiatric judicial expertise, and Qin Shiyong, 70, has also been engaged in this expertise for more than ten years.

"He is a very typical severe mental patient." Qian Yulin recalled to reporters a lot of incredible, ambiguous and even logically contradictory fragments in his communication with Li Wei.

Constantly searching his girlfriend’s hair and nails

According to the analysis in the fourth part of the appraisal report, Li Wei became a full-time driver of a company boss after coming to Shanghai. One week before the incident, Li unreasonably suspected that his girlfriend was taking drugs, constantly searched his girlfriend’s hair, nails, etc., and rummaged through the car where his girlfriend had been sitting and the place of residence to search for drugs. He inexplicably suspected that drugs were hidden between the cracks in the floor tiles, and because of his girlfriend’s walking posture, facial expression, toilet use time and other daily details, he unreasonably inferred that she was taking drugs and firmly believed it.

Illusion girlfriend sent someone to kill herself.

According to the analysis, on the day of the crime, Li Wei began to be nervous because he couldn’t dial his girlfriend’s cell phone and the phone number of his residence. He suspected that his girlfriend knew that he was taking drugs and reported the case to the public security organ, which was not good for him. Then, Li Wei began to feel that there were many motorcycles and cars following him while driving, so he was highly nervous and afraid. He thought that his girlfriend had assigned others to follow him and his personal life was greatly threatened.

  Dare not drink mineral water

The appraisal also excerpted the work of Huangpu Public Security Bureau on June 2: "… During the trial, Li Wei asked for water, and the police immediately used disposable cups to get him a cup of pure water, but he said that there was sediment in the water and he could not drink it. The police changed the second cup for him, but he still thought there was something in the cup and didn’t want to drink it. To this end, the police bought two bottles of mineral water for him. Before he opened the bottle cap, he carefully looked at the light, and at the same time squeezed the mineral water bottle to see if there was any leakage, and he was reluctant to drink mineral water. "

  I dialed 110 when I was "hunted"

In the process of identification, one detail was considered the most critical by Qian Yulin: Li Wei once said that he had called 110 while fleeing. Three times before and after, he claimed that he was being chased by others, and he was very scared and asked for more police to protect him. The police record of Public Security 110 was indeed consistent with his description.

  background for news stories

    What is "paranoia"

Professor Zhu Rongshen, director of psychiatry and medical psychology in the first clinical department of Tongji University School of Medicine, gave the concept of "paranoia" yesterday: it is a distorted belief, pathological reasoning and judgment based on pathology. Although these beliefs and reasoning judgments do not conform to the education level of patients, patients firmly believe in them and cannot be persuaded or corrected by personal experience and experience.

"Sudden attack" is a selective attack, and the patient is completely normal when he is outside the delusion core. Therefore, the disease belongs to a deeply hidden mental disease that is difficult for patients to find under normal circumstances.

Professor Zhu once received such patients. He told reporters that such people are prone to auditory hallucinations and hallucinations. Even some people think that they are being tracked by satellite positioning system, and the delusions are generally related to personal experience, social and cultural background. Lee? /Chen Chaoqun

If you are mentally ill, you will lose your driver’s license.

The reporter learned from the relevant departments that according to the relevant regulations, anyone who suffers from mental illness and other diseases that hinder the safe driving of motor vehicles can’t get a driver’s license, and after a normal person gets a driver’s license, his driver’s license will also be cancelled.

According to the provisions of Article 22 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, people who suffer from diseases that hinder the safe driving of motor vehicles are not allowed to drive motor vehicles. After a normal person suffers from mental illness, first of all, the driver and his family should contact the traffic control department in time. "This is also a guarantee for the safety of himself and others", and the traffic management department will cancel his driver’s license in time to prevent traffic safety from being affected. When the police find abnormal situations in the course of duty, they will also check the driver to ensure the driver’s safe driving.

In addition, according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Public Security, motor vehicle drivers need to go to the traffic control department under the jurisdiction of the driver’s license for regular inspection. The contents of regular inspection of motor vehicle driver’s license by public security traffic management department are: the physical condition of motor vehicle driver and the accumulated points of traffic violations. TikTok American users: I may go to jail for teaching English to children in China.

On September 3rd, the website of National Public Radio published a report entitled "They teach China children English online, but now they are caught in Trump’s war against TikTok". On August 6th, Trump issued an executive order against TikTok, which not only prohibited American enterprises from doing business with this video sharing application, but also prohibited them from doing business with all subsidiaries in ByteDance. This puts the future of Hunter and nearly 4,000 American teachers who signed with GOGOKID in an extremely dangerous situation. The article is excerpted as follows:

Kristi Hunt used to be a teacher in a public school. In the past two years, most of her income has come from teaching China children to speak English online.

Hunter, 42, lives in Columbia, South Carolina. She said: "I am a stay-at-home mother with three children. As they grow up, I begin to miss working days." She said: "Therefore, it helped me to restart my career, and the time was flexible."

GOGOKID, where Hunter works, is a one-to-one English teaching service organization under the ByteDance company, and ByteDance is also the parent company of TikTok, a popular short video application.

On August 6th, President Trump issued an executive order against TikTok, which not only prohibited American enterprises from doing business with this video sharing application, but also prohibited them from doing business with all subsidiaries in ByteDance.

This puts the future of Hunter and nearly 4,000 American teachers who signed with GOGOKID in an extremely dangerous situation.

↑ This is the logo of TikTok Company shot in Culver City, Los Angeles County, California, USA on August 21st. (Xinhua News Agency)

Hunter said: "This is a very terrible, confusing and stressful period."

According to Trump’s executive order against TikTok, "any transaction" between American citizens and ByteDance will be banned. Violation of this executive order may result in a fine of $300,000 or even criminal proceedings. This administrative order, which was prosecuted by TikTok, will take effect on September 20th.

Hunter said: "I may be put in prison for teaching a 5-year-old how to say hello on the computer." She said, "Because of this ‘ National security risk ’ Some of our families may lose their houses and deposits because of his stroke of the pen. "

Brian Fleming, a former lawyer of the U.S. Department of Justice who specializes in enforcing economic sanctions, said that since this action is aimed at TikTok, the government may make an exception to ByteDance’s GOGOKID and other services, but this is far from certain.

In the confrontation between the United States and TikTok, teachers who earn their income by teaching English in GOGOKID feel nervous.

Lindsay Jacobs, 40, is a GOGOKID teacher in eastern oklahoma city. She said: "We are collateral damage. It is really frustrating to see that this struggle continues around us, but no one knows our existence. "

Jacobs is a navy veteran and a mother of two children. Her husband works in the federal government.

The last solar term in autumn is coming!

There are bones in the autumn mountains,

First frost has no trace of water.

Heaven and earth are for chanting,

Haze is intoxicating.

At 12: 51 today

We welcome the first frost solar terms.

This is the last solar term in autumn.

The climate changed from cool to cold.

Everything grows bleak with the cold.

First frost is the beginning of the transition from autumn to winter.

The weather is getting colder.

First frost appears

The vegetation began to yellow.

Autumn will go,

Winter is coming,

Do you feel it?

What are the customs of "first frost"?

What is "first frost Third Waiting"?

What does "first frost Three Preventions" mean?

……

1. What is "first frost Third Waiting"?

Jackals sacrifice animals.

Jackal’s jackal

Common name "jackal"

First frost risha beast exhibition

The ancients said it was "a sacrifice to autumn gold"

It’s also a ceremony for parting in autumn.

Yellow fall of vegetation

Wood leaves fall

Sassy air drying

Winter is coming

The stinging insect is salty and prone.

"salty" is all.

"Bowing" means bowing your head.

Lie down instead of eating.

Is hibernation.

The above excerpt is from Micro-reading Solar Terms (by Zhu Wei).

2. What does "first frost Three Preventions" mean?

First, prevent autumn dryness

As the last solar term in autumn, the weather in first frost is getting colder, and autumn dryness is obvious, which is prone to dry mouth, dry lips, dry throat, constipation, dry skin and other phenomena, and dryness is easy to hurt body fluids.

Second, prevent autumn depression

In late autumn, the weather is getting colder, the plants are yellow, the leaves and fruits are falling, and everything is bleak, which is easy to cause anxiety and make people depressed and depressed.

Three defenses against autumn cold

During the solar term in first frost, the temperature drops suddenly, and the elderly are prone to suffer from "old cold legs" and other diseases, and chronic bronchitis is also prone to relapse or aggravation, which is also the peak period for the recurrence of chronic gastritis and gastroduodenal ulcer. This time node is no longer suitable for "autumn freezing". For the elderly and children with poor resistance, clothes should be increased or decreased on time, so as to avoid the invasion of damp and cold pathogens and lead to illness.

3. How to maintain health in first frost season?

"salt water in the morning, honey soup in the evening"

The main climate feature of autumn is dryness, but drinking boiled water alone cannot completely resist the negative effects brought by autumn dryness. Drinking boiled water is easy to lose. If you add a little salt to boiled water, it is not so easy to lose. Drinking some salt water during the day and honey water at night is not only a good way to replenish human body’s water, but also a good diet for keeping in good health and resisting aging in autumn. At the same time, it can prevent constipation caused by autumn dryness, which really kills three birds with one stone.

Nourishing yin and moistening lung should be "flat"

In order to prevent autumn dryness, you can eat more foods with more sweet and cold juices, such as pears, grapefruit, sugar cane, bananas, oranges and other fruits, and vegetables can eat more carrots, white gourd, tremella, lotus roots and various bean products.

In autumn dry season, we should pay attention not to eat or eat less spicy barbecue food, such as pepper, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, onion and wine, especially ginger. These foods are hot and lose a lot of water in cooking, so they are easy to get angry after eating. Of course, it is not a big problem to use a small amount of onions, ginger and peppers as condiments. In ancient medical books, there was also such a "warning": "Don’t eat ginger in autumn within one year; Don’t eat ginger at night within one day. "

Diet and exercise are both suitable.

Autumn is the season when people are most likely to gain fat. The days are cool and the nights are long, people’s appetite is wide open, and they are comfortable to rest at night. The daily calorie intake of the human body easily exceeds the calorie consumption, so that fat is accumulated little by little. If it is not adjusted, people will gain a lot of weight after autumn and winter.

Year after year, people will soon "get fat". Therefore, it is necessary to let children pay attention to a reasonable diet, and also pay attention to strengthening physical exercise when feasting.

Grab the tail of autumn.

Enjoy the beauty of autumn again.

Continue to refuel and enrich yourself

Welcome the arrival of winter

Southwest China has become the "main battlefield" for precipitation

Among the big cities, the temperatures in Changsha, Hunan Province at 7: 00 this morning were only -6℃ and Guiyang at -5.9℃, both of which were rare low temperatures in late January. In addition, many areas in the south were blessed by rain and snow this time, which made them feel damp and cold, and the somatosensory temperature may be lower. The public needs to continue to do a good job in cold protection and warmth.
It is expected that the impact of this cold wave will gradually end from tonight, but due to the slow return of temperature in most parts of the central and eastern regions, this generally low temperature will continue until around the 26th, and then the temperature will gradually return to a higher or normal state than normal.

This special reunion dinner is really delicious!

Original title: This special reunion dinner is really delicious!

"Today’s annual meal is very fragrant and warm." On January 30, after eating a special reunion dinner at school, Wang Tongbang, a 2021 graduate student of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Education of Huazhong Normal University, said with emotion.

This year, a total of 161 students from Huazhong Normal University stayed in school for the New Year. On the day before New Year’s Eve, the school invited the students’ representatives who stayed in school during the winter vacation to have a "group annual banquet" and sent the students a New Year gift package and warm wishes. Although this special "Group Year Banquet" took the form of distributing box lunches and scattered meals, the students still lamented: "It smells good!" "I also feel at home when I stay in school for the New Year."

In a conference room in the Nanhu complex of the school, representatives of teachers and students communicate while eating lunch boxes. "I wish the students a prosperous and prosperous Year of the Tiger, and learn something!" The school leaders sent New Year greetings to the students who stayed in school for the New Year, asked about their study and life, and told everyone to pay attention to safety precautions, strengthen physical exercise, and communicate with family and friends more. If you encounter difficulties in life during your stay in school, the school will provide you with all kinds of help in time.

On the same day, Huazhong Normal University also prepared lunch boxes, Chinese New Year gift packages and Chinese New Year red envelopes for the students who did not attend the group annual banquet at the scene, which were collected by the heads of various training units and sent to the students’ dormitory. The delicious food and the warm words of the teachers moved the students deeply.

"Although I haven’t seen my family, it is also a special experience and growth opportunity for me to stay in school for the New Year." Yun Tianrun, a 2020 undergraduate from the School of Psychology in Hong Kong, said.

Li Bairong, a 2019 undergraduate from the School of Computer Science, is from Taiwan Province. He said that he was used to living in Wuhan and wanted to feel the Spring Festival in Hubei this year.

After receiving the gift package, Xing Xu, a 2018 doctoral student of China Rural Research Institute, said: "The concern and condolences of the school made me deeply feel the’ temperature of Chinese teachers’. Wuhan is very cold after the snow, but my heart is warm. Guizishan is my home in Wuhan. "

The reporter learned that in order to ensure that the students staying in school have a warm and happy New Year, in addition to ensuring normal meals during the winter vacation, Huazhong Normal University also provides free meals for the students staying in school from New Year’s Eve to the second day of the first month.

How to heat up the car quickly in winter?

The following are the most effective ways to warm up your car in winter:

1. Start the car first, wait for 20 seconds, and then warm it up by driving at a low speed to avoid slamming on the accelerator.

2. The correct and effective way to warm up the car is to go on the road 30 seconds to one minute after starting and keep the speed low. The engine speed should not exceed 3,000 ~ 3,500 rpm, and it is generally kept at 2,000 rpm to avoid excessive wear of the engine and gearbox. Wait for the engine temperature to rise to the normal operating temperature (about 3 to 5 minutes), and then resume normal driving.

Hot cars in winter are a concern of car owners. Here are some effective methods:

1. Start the car first, wait for 20 seconds, and then drive at a low speed after the idle speed of the engine is completely stable to avoid slamming on the accelerator. This can fully lubricate the engine oil and reduce wear.

In a word, the correct hot car method can protect the engine and gearbox and prolong the life of the car. In the cold winter, it is necessary to warm up the car, but don’t over-warm it to avoid wasting fuel and time.

WHO discusses ending COVID-19’s global emergency as soon as possible.

"When we enter the fourth year of the pandemic, we are definitely in a much better situation now than a year ago." Tan Desai said that at the peak of the Omicron epidemic, more than 70,000 deaths were reported to WHO every week. By last October, the number had dropped to less than 10,000, which was close to the lowest level since the COVID-19 pandemic.

On January 27th, Geneva time, the World Health Organization (WHO) held the 14th meeting of the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR) Emergency Committee on the COVID-19 (Covid-19) pandemic to discuss and evaluate whether the current COVID-19 pandemic still constitutes a public health emergency (PHEIC) of international concern. After the meeting, WHO Director-General Tan Desai will make a final decision according to the recommendations of the Committee. The relevant results are expected to be announced as early as January 30th.

Three years ago, on January 30, 2020, WHO announced that the new coronavirus epidemic was a public health emergency of international concern, and issued the highest alert level of United Nations agencies. On March 11th of that year, WHO declared that the COVID-19 epidemic constituted a global pandemic.

Thereafter, every few months, the emergency committee will hold a meeting to discuss whether the COVID-19 pandemic meets the standard called "public health emergencies of international concern". The 13th recent meeting was held on October 13th, 2022, and the outcome of the meeting still maintained the global emergency in COVID-19.

According to the binding international treaty "International Health Regulations", public health emergencies of international concern need to meet three standards: serious, sudden, abnormal or unexpected; It may spread across national boundaries; It may require a coordinated international response.

At the press conference held on December 14th last year, Tan Desai expressed the hope that "COVID-19 pandemic will no longer be a public health emergency of international concern" in 2023. According to reports, the criteria for ending the global emergency in COVID-19 will be discussed at the meeting of the WHO Emergency Committee in COVID-19 in January 2023.

Does the current epidemic in China affect the decision?

On January 27th, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus made an opening speech at the meeting of the Emergency Committee in COVID-19, summarizing the current global epidemic situation.

"When we enter the fourth year of the pandemic, we are definitely in a much better situation than a year ago." Tan Desai said that at the peak of the Omicron epidemic, more than 70,000 deaths were reported to WHO every week. By last October, the number had dropped to less than 10,000, which was close to the lowest level since the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, he pointed out that since the beginning of December last year, the number of deaths reported every week in the world has been rising. The lifting of restrictions in China has led to a sharp increase in the death toll in the world’s most populous country. "Last week, nearly 40,000 people reported to WHO died, more than half of them from China. In the past eight weeks, more than 170,000 deaths have been reported. The actual number is definitely much higher. " At present, WHO has updated the relevant data page (WHO COVID-19 Dashboard) to include the cases and deaths reported in China in recent weeks.

Margaret Harris, a WHO spokeswoman, told Caixin that on January 26th, 2023, China reported more cases and deaths to WHO. From December 9, 2022 to January 23, 2023, more than 87 million cases and more than 75,000 deaths were reported in China (excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan Province). With these additional data, the cumulative number of cases worldwide has increased from more than 664 million to more than 751 million. The cumulative global death toll has risen from more than 6.7 million to nearly 6.8 million.

Harris said that China CDC issued additional announcements on January 15th, 21st and 25th, but the data shared were not classified by date, so WHO could not include them in the report. When asked to what extent the information provided by China will affect the decision on whether to lift the state of emergency, Harris only said, "The Committee has reviewed all relevant global data on the issues under consideration."

According to the website of China CDC, from December 8, 2022 to January 26, 2023, there were 78,960 cases of Covid-19-related deaths in hospitals nationwide, including 6,473 cases of respiratory failure caused by Covid-19 infection and 72,487 cases of basic diseases complicated with Covid-19 infection.

Professor Zhang Style, head of the Department of Epidemiology and tenured professor at UCLA School of Public Health, recently said in a column that considering the future development and control of COVID-19 infection and severe death in China, it is unlikely that WHO will decide to terminate the state of emergency of "public health emergencies" at the meeting at the end of this month. He estimated that if COVID-19 infection and severe death in China were effectively controlled, WHO would declare the end of the state of emergency within this year. However, the possible sequelae caused by COVID-19 need to be further studied and effective methods should be adopted to prevent and treat them.

  Countries adjust epidemic prevention policies

In his speech on January 27th, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus pointed out that there are still the following challenges:

Vaccines, treatments and diagnostic methods are essential to prevent serious diseases, save lives and reduce the pressure on health systems and health workers. But the global response is still faltering, because in too many countries, these powerful life-saving tools have not yet reached the people who need them most — — Especially the elderly and health workers.

Many health systems around the world are struggling to cope with COVID-19, in addition to taking care of patients with other diseases, including influenza and RSV, as well as health workers who are short of work and exhausted.

At the same time, the global monitoring and gene sequencing have declined sharply, making it more difficult to track known mutations and detect new mutations. Constant errors and false information are weakening the public’s trust in safe and effective COVID-19 control tools.

Liu Shansi, a Chinese virologist at Ohio State University and an academician of the American Academy of Microbiology, said in a recent interview with a reporter from the Science and Technology Department that the toxicity of Omicron has been weakened recently, which can be considered as a change from pandemic to endemic. "The overall trend of virus evolution is that the pathogenicity is getting weaker and weaker, although it will increase at some stages." He pointed out that it is still necessary to be alert to cross-population transmission in Covid-19 and gene recombination in Covid-19, but as long as this kind of situation does not occur, he hopes to see WHO announce the end of COVID-19’s "global pandemic" in 2023.

In response to public health emergencies of international concern, WHO will issue a set of action suggestions to countries, including: strengthening surveillance to identify new cases, isolating cases and quarantining contacts; Take measures to screen at borders, airports, ports or entry points; Inform the public about the risks of the disease and the additional protective measures that individuals can take; And if there is no vaccine at present, additional research may be needed to develop treatments or vaccines.

A few days ago, Japan and South Korea have successively adjusted their epidemic prevention levels or related epidemic prevention policies.

On January 27th, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare announced that Covid-19 would be downgraded to "Category 5" in the Infectious Diseases Law on May 8th. After the change, the observation time of infected people and close contacts will be cancelled, and medical care will be transformed into a normal system in stages. In addition, it is up to the individual to decide whether to wear a mask indoors or outdoors.

On January 20th, Korean Prime Minister Han Dezhu presided over an epidemic prevention meeting to discuss the adjustment of the indoor mandatory mask order. On January 30, the South Korean government announced that from now on, only people are advised to wear masks indoors, and it is no longer mandatory. The Korean government mask order was completely lifted after more than 27 months. However, medical institutions, pharmacies, high-risk places, public transport carriages, etc. will continue to maintain the obligation of indoor masks. For five high-risk situations, Korean epidemic prevention departments strongly recommend wearing masks.

The government of China has also adjusted the infection of the new coronavirus from "Class A tube" to "Class B tube" from January 8th. Isolation measures will no longer be implemented for Covid-19 infected people, and close contacts will no longer be judged; No longer delimit high and low risk areas; No longer take quarantine and infectious disease management measures for entry personnel and goods. The detection strategy is adjusted to be willing to check and check.

How to arrange exercise at home? Five self-weight movements will help you gain muscle and lose fat, and carve a good figure.

Original content, those who carry it without authorization will be investigated! # How to exercise at home #

Fitness is a thing that needs persistence to achieve something. The longer you persist in fitness, the more you will gain.

If you can arrange an hour of exercise every day, you can improve your active metabolism, promote the decline of body fat rate, strengthen your heart and lung function and slow down the aging of your body. Doing more strength training in fitness can prevent muscle loss, improve your basal metabolic value, and make your body shape better after losing weight.

Then, how can people who don’t have time to go out to exercise arrange exercise at home? I suggest you start exercising from these movements:

Action 1, opening and closing jump

A warm-up action, which is also recognized as fat burning action, can help you quickly raise your heart rate, let your body enter a state of fat burning, activate your body muscles and avoid muscle loss. Each time for 30 seconds, repeat 4 groups.

Action 2, high leg lift

This movement can promote the blood circulation of lower limbs and improve the flexibility of lower limbs. During the training, we should tighten the abdominal muscles and lift our legs as much as possible for 30 seconds at a time, repeating 4 groups.

Action 3, push-ups

Push-ups can exercise upper limb muscles, improve upper limb lines and strength, and make you look better in clothes. Push-ups are performed in 4-5 groups at a time, with 15-20 in each group. Those who cannot complete multiple push-ups at one time can start with kneeling push-ups and upward inclined push-ups.

Action 4, squat

Squat can exercise hip and leg muscles, improve hip line, and shape long legs with full hips and tight heels. Beginners start with freehand squats, and then carry out weight-bearing squats or squat jumps after a foundation, with 5 groups of 15 in each group.

Action 5, lunge squat

Squat lunge is also an effective action to exercise the muscles of lower limbs, which can improve the hip and leg lines and improve the stability of lower limbs at the same time. Do it 10 times left and right, and repeat 5 groups.

Action 6, the goat stands up

This action can exercise core muscles, improve core strength, make you less injured during exercise, and also improve the problem of backache caused by sedentary. The action is carried out 15 times and repeated in 4 groups.

Women, Life, Freedom

Mahsa Gina Amigny

On my social media, that photo appeared again and again. A young woman was lying in a hospital bed, unconscious, with a breathing tube in her mouth. Her thick black eyelashes and curly black hair outline her young face. The post is written in Persian, and my mastery of this language can only be regarded as a primary level. I brushed these posts and continued my daily routine: seeing a doctor, teaching, and constantly urging my 17-year-old daughter Laila to fill out her college application.

As the days passed, the story became well known. The photo shows Mahsa Gina Amigny, a 22-year-old girl who has just been admitted to the university. While vacationing with her family in Tehran, she was detained by the "moral police" because of her loose headscarf. In the detention center, she was beaten and taken to the hospital, and eventually died of her injuries. Her dream was to become a lawyer, but she was disillusioned by a wisp of floating hair.

The news of her death spread through a photo. It was a photo of her parents hugging and crying in the hospital, which was shared by a reporter on Twitter. This tweet caused widespread protests, led by girls and women. My news source has become an ocean of photos of young girls. They wear black eyeliner like my daughter Lila-in the video, they laugh, cook and dance. However, many of them, Billera is still young, so they disappeared and even were murdered.

Iran was not like this. The Islamic Revolution in Israel in 1979 overthrew an oppressive monarchy and promised freedom. But from the perspective of my third-grade student at that time, everything became more depressed as time went by. Schools have become single-sex and headscarves have become mandatory. It started as a scarf, and later it became "Manteo", a loose, knee-length raincoat-like coat. But the color can only be brown, black, gray or navy blue. Pants must be worn below. Schools check from time to time, and moral police in the street look for people who violate the rules. If you are caught, you will be whipped.

In 1984, we pretended to attend a medical conference and fled Iran. We each took only one suitcase. It was not until a few hours before we boarded the plane that I knew we were leaving and would never come back. In Massachusetts, I started my eighth grade life. My Iranian part was sealed up by me-until last autumn, which forced me to recall those times.

I remember soldiers knocking at the door and searching for counter-revolutionary materials. They sat on my parents’ bed and quickly played all our videos backwards. Mostly Pink Panther, but those men don’t find it interesting.

I remember cutting my hair short and pretending to be a boy so that I could ride a bike without being bound by a headscarf. One day, I inadvertently put on pink shorts and exposed my girl identity. When those Nissan patrol cars chased me, I understood the meaning of "fight or flight". I escaped.

I remember the consequences of intellectual dissent. My aunt was expelled from dental school because she was accused of reading opposition newspapers. My cousin was forced to "repent" on TV and then executed. Another cousin was imprisoned many times because of his faith. He had cigarette burns on his arm and his nails were pulled out. He finally escaped, but his wife was killed at the age of 21.

Those memories are like dreams, awakened by images on social media. Girls and women in the video, screaming "Zan, Zendegi, Azadi"-"Women, Life, Freedom", bravely walked towards bullets and batons. Every day, the number of deaths and arrests is increasing.

A 52-year-old surgeon protested against the arrested protesters and the use of ambulances to transport security forces at a rally in front of the headquarters of the Medical Association. The doctor’s name is Parisa, and it is said that he was later shot and killed by agents.

All this makes my heart ache, and so does the silence around me. I live every day like a machine, thinking about all the unfairness. Why are people like Laila free to apply for universities and express their opinions, while girls in Iran are subjected to unspeakable punishment for demanding basic human rights?

I can take care of patients. But in Iran, my colleagues are threatened by taking care of injured protesters. They were held in solitary confinement and even murdered. Dr. Ida Rostami, 36, bravely provided treatment for injured protesters. She told her mother that she was coming home, but she never came back. When the police asked her mother to identify the body, they said that Ida had died in a car accident. But her body tells a different story. Her eyes were removed, her face was smashed, and her hand used to treat patients was broken.

So is Dr. Parrisa Bachmani. The official report said that she died in a car accident. The story repeats itself again and again. Protesters disappeared and were later reported to have jumped off a building or died in a car accident. I feel lonely and out of touch with the community. That was my home for 25 years.

One Wednesday, I met an Iranian-American colleague in the clinic corridor. Where the patient was waiting, we were in tears. We started to hold Zoom meetings every week to support each other. Campus communities have also become active. Everyone is involved, from young female postdoctoral fellows who have just arrived in the United States to retired professors. Our reaction is direct and strong. Usually calm men and women cry.

We ask the non-Iranian community to support us. They did it. Every message, email, signature and solidarity has become our strength. The community stands up, speaks, and amplifies our voices. At such an easier time to be silent, they chose to stand on our side.

As the Persian poet Saadi wrote in Bani Adam a thousand years ago, human beings are like a body, and everyone is a part of the body, created by the same essence. When one part is injured, the other part can’t be safe. If you are indifferent to the suffering of others, you are not worthy of being human.

A quarter of doctors in the United States are international graduates. Our roots are all over the world, spanning generations. Our sense of belonging comes from embracing all forms of humanity. See the injured people and stand beside them. Send text messages of support and sign petitions. Whether for Iran, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Turkey or Sudan, these actions connect us like a part of the body.
